How to securely reset your Walletix access and regain control of your digital assets.

If you’ve lost or forgotten your password, don’t worry getting back into your Walletix account is a quick and secure process. Since we are a custodial wallet, we can help you reset your credentials as long as you have access to your registered email address.
How to reset your password:
- Request a Reset: On the login screen of the Walletix app, tap the "Forgot Password?" link.
- Check your Email: Enter your registered email address. We will immediately send you a secure password reset link.
- Create a New Password: Click the link in the email. You will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter a new, strong password.
- Login: Once updated, return to the app and log in with your new credentials.
Security Tip: Always choose a unique password that you haven't used on other sites. We also recommend enabling biometric login (FaceID or Fingerprint) in your settings for faster and more secure access.
