Why did I receive an unexpected device confirmation email?
What it means when you get a security alert for a login you didn't perform.

Every time a login attempt is made from a new device or browser, Walletix sends an automated Device Confirmation email. This is a critical security feature designed to prevent hackers from entering your account.
If you did NOT initiate this login:
- Do NOT click any links: The email is a warning that someone else may have your password.
- Immediately change your password: Use a different device (like your phone) to change your password instantly.
- Contact our security team: Report the unauthorized attempt to fraud@walletix.io so we can monitor for suspicious outgoing transactions.
