If you notice transactions you didn't authorize, or if you receive a "Device Confirmation" email that wasn't from you, your account may be compromised. Immediate action is required to save your assets.
Immediate Steps:
  1. Change Your Password: If you can still log in, change your password immediately to something complex and unique.
  2. Notify Our Fraud Team: Send an urgent email to fraud@walletix.io. Use the subject line: "URGENT: COMPROMISED ACCOUNT."
  3. Freeze Your Account: In your email, request that all outgoing transactions and withdrawals be frozen immediately while our security team investigates.
  4. Review Connected Devices: Go to your settings and check for any unrecognized devices. If you see one, log it out immediately.
What happens next? Our security team will lock your account and verify your identity through a manual KYC check to ensure you are the rightful owner before restoring access.
