How to delete your Walletix account (and how to stop a request)
The process for closing your account and how to cancel a deletion if you change your mind.

Closing your account is a permanent action that removes your access to our custodial services.
How to Delete:
- Withdraw Assets: Your balance must be zero.
- Email Us: Send a request to support@walletix.io from your registered email.
- Wait for Processing: Our team will verify the request and begin the 5-year data retention countdown (required by law).
How to STOP an Account Deletion Request:
If you change your mind, you have a 7-day window to cancel the request.

- Email Support Immediately: Contact support@walletix.io with the subject "CANCEL DELETION."
- Security Verification: You will need to complete a quick identity check (ID + Selfie) to confirm you are the owner and wish to keep the account active. Once verified, the deletion process will be stopped.
