Receiving crypto is as simple as sharing your "Digital Address." However, because different cryptocurrencies live on different blockchains, accuracy is vital to ensure your funds arrive safely.

How to find your address:
  1. Open Walletix: Navigate to the Assets tab and select the specific coin you want to receive (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT).
  2. Tap 'Receive': This will open a screen showing your unique Wallet Address and a QR Code.
  3. Copy and Share: Tap the "Copy" icon to save the address to your clipboard, then paste it into the "Recipient" field on the platform or wallet you are sending from.
Crucial Rules for Receiving:
  • Match the Asset: Only send Bitcoin to a Bitcoin address. If you send Ethereum to a Bitcoin address, the funds will be permanently lost.
  • Check the Network: For tokens like USDT, ensure you are using the correct network (e.g., ERC-20 for Ethereum or TRC-20 for Tron). If the networks don't match, the transaction will fail.
  • Custodial Nature: Because Walletix is a custodial wallet, we manage the private keys for you. You don't need to worry about "memo" fields for most assets, but always check the receive screen for any specific instructions.
