To keep Walletix secure and compliant with global financial standards, we require high-quality scans or photos of your government-issued IDs. Below is everything you need to know to ensure your documents are accepted on the first try.
Accepted Document Types:
- International Passport: (The fastest way to get verified).
- Driver’s License: (Must be valid and not expired).
- State ID: (e.g. State ID for the US).
Document Requirements:
- Originals only: We cannot accept photocopies or screenshots of IDs.
- Full View: Ensure all four corners of the document are visible in the frame.
- Readability: All text, your photo, and your signature must be crystal clear.
- Validity: Documents must be current. We cannot process expired identification.
